Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the power circuit design of high-frequency charger products (1KW-10KW), including topology selection, power tube drive and protection.

2. Responsible for magnetic component design and power device selection.

3. Familiar with the use of relevant EDA software for relevant circuit schematics and PCB layout design.

4. Responsible for the debugging of R&D prototypes, solving technical problems, applying new technologies, and achieving R&D goals.

5. According to the R&D process, carry out prototype trial production, small-batch trial production, and mass production introduction; complete the preparation of relevant design materials.

6. Guide the skills of R&D assistants and jointly carry out product R&D work.

7. Track product testing and production work, solve testing and production problems, and ensure mass production of R&D projects and subsequent design improvements and optimizations.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in power electronics and automation related majors, more than five years of experience in the development and design of power electronic converters and other related products.

2. Familiar with a variety of DC/DC and AC/DC conversion circuit topologies and their working principles, such as LLC, phase-shifted full-bridge, flyback and other topologies.

3. Familiar with the basic working principle of magnetic components, and familiar with the design of high-frequency transformers and inductors.

4. Familiar with a variety of power supply design calculation and simulation tool software.

5. Familiar with the selection and design of commonly used power devices.

6. Support work for product function testing, component testing, and EMC testing.

7. Those with experience in product development such as high-frequency high-power power supplies, high-frequency chargers, and charging piles are preferred.
