CZB6F Series Intelligent Charger is the organic combination of leakage transformer, technology of Silicon-controlled rectifier and Microcomputer Control. This device could optimize
Wsa+Pulse charging characteristic curve. As charge voltage of battery increases, charge current d
ecreases automatically.
The charger adopts a variety of charging technology to judge if the battery is fully charged, and
comprehensively consider the battery discharge quantity, environmental temperature, grid voltage and
other factors, so that the charging effect is more ideal, charging efficiency is much higher.
The product has simple structure, convenient operation, high charging efficiency and perfect
protection function.
2. Applications
This device would be applicable to recharge of lead-acid batteries which could be used in various
electric vehicle such as power pallet trucks, fork-lift truck, lift truck, electronic tour bus,vessel,boat,marine.

FEATURES

Functions
1) High-intensity LED Lamp would indicate running state of this charging unit.
2) Nixie tube would display charger parameters such as battery voltage, charge current &
capacity and recharged time. It could also show the code of charging curve and fault.
3) Automatically detect the battery connection status. If the battery is normally connected, delay 3
5S and automatically start the charging function;
4) Automatically detect the grid voltage and adjust the charging time in real time according to the
current charging current.On the premise of ensuring sufficient battery capacity, it not only
reduces the internal temperature of the battery during the charging process to the maximum
extent, but also reduces the gas evolution, and shortens the charging time;
5) This device could also record data at the end of recharge for 70 times.
6) Protection and alarm functions of open circuit, over load and short circuit breakdown.
7) Protection and alarm functions of overheat fault of transformer .
8) Under the process of charging, the charger will automatically stop charging once the battery
connector falls off;
9) Equalization charge could ensure capacity consistency of battery packs.
10) Function of desulfuration Charge(This feature is only applicable to ordinary lead-acid
batteries.)
Battery aging, frequently idled or improperly maintained, these all would result in the formation
of lead sulfate crystal on electrode plates. In this condition, conventional charge would not be
applicable any more, desulfuration charge shall be used instead.
During desulfuration charge and initial charge, please 
measure specific gravity of
battery timely and control charging time manually. (Reference value of specific
gravity when there is enough power in battery : 1.27~1.29)
