With industrial grade 4.3-inch color touch screen, can set the charging parameters online; display and monitor the parameters and status timely in charging process, which convenient for users to know the charging process at any time. Built-in multiple default charging curves meet different batteries’ charging process requirements, use widely.

Function of Charger

● Record charge data: built-in EEPROM to record a single charge process data, read through the LCD screen. External SD card to record the history charging data (charging curve), read through the PC; when loss of power, protect the record data automatically.

● Host computer communication: provide Modbus communication protocol interface to communicate with the host computer.

● Start mode: manual start, timing start, forced start (0V) functions.

● Perfect protection: battery reverse or no connect,the charger overheating, overload or phase-lack protection, output overvoltage battery off protection. Achieve charging process equipment protection and personnel safety guard.

● Rich optional function: control or alarm signal contact output; wifi start and stop, record read; remote 485 monitoring function.

Through the application of high-performance embedded charging control unit, HGCZ108 series charger could control charging current. Main circuit with parameter optimized design could provide continuously adjustable charging current, thus meeting various charging process requirements. Charging controller which is composed by embedded system could control charging process, monitor and record charging data in real time. With the application of charging controller and main circuit, this charger could charge
various batteries through appropriate charging methods, thus achieving best charging effect.Charging controller which is equipped with multiple charging curves could meet various different charging process requirements. In the meantime, Users could set and save charging curve which has been changed, satisfying customized charging requirements.

This charging controller is equipped with simple & practical man-machine interface. Users could set charging parameters in LCD touch screen. This screen would display charging parameters and charging status, making it easy for users to know charging
process in real time. This charging controller would monitor various parameters in the process of charging in real time. In this way, charger has perfect protection function which makes charging process execute smoothly. Meanwhile, charging controller also provides communication port,output protection port and chain control with other devices which would be convenient for the control of charger upper computer. 

Charger main function:
1,Charging mode. Various charging modes could be chosen. This charger is suitable for different charging processes. 
2,Man-machine interface. Serial port 4.3 LCD Color touch screen is used to set and display charging parameters. 
3,Record of charging data: Incident record could be shown on LCD screen. EEPROM would record charging data. It could also be used for data analysis. SD card could record charging process curve which could be read by PC (optional function). 
4,Upper computer communication. Modbus communication protocol interface is used for the communication with upper computer (optional function).
5,Reserving charging. Set up charging time in advance. In the night use electricity troughs to charge, can reduce costs.
6,Power failure protection. The parameters set by users would be recorded persistently. The data would not be lost if and when the power is terminated.
7,Phase sequence of input power. Phase sequence would not be required for power grid. The three phase input, A & B & C could be randomly connected.
8,Special charging function. Function of startup force (0V). Function of battery offline detection. (Once connecting line falls off in the charging process, the charger would shutdown automatically.)
9,Protection function. Fault protection and fault warning function.(faults: pen circuit,anti-polarity,over current,over voltage,over heat,power phase shortage, etc.)
10,Interface of output control. Touch output of relevant warning (optional function)
11,Other optional functions. Activate the charger function through the use of RFID card. Display information with serial port 7 inch color screen

 

Start/stop button. This button would be used to start and stop the charger. Display of charging parameters. Once starting the LCD display screen, charger would detect battery parameters automatically. LCD display screen would show parameters such as charging current、battery voltage、charging capacity、charging time in the process of charging. Once charger not in the process of charging or charging has been paused, it would display battery voltage、charging capacity and charging time of previous charge. Setting area. Press the four buttons for battery information 、 module information、event log and advanced settings. Battery information. Display battery maximum single voltage 、minimum single voltage、battery temperature and percentage of battery capacity. Module information. To be defined Event log. Register the time of occurrence when events happen in the process of charging. Advanced settings. This interface would be used to set system event and charging parameters. Charger type. This interface would be used to display the type of charger. For example, P-3 is power frequency charger. Time display. RTC clock. This interface would be used to display date and time.
