CZC7HF integrated vehicle DC charger is mainly used for rapid charging of electric vehicles. The product is installed outdoors, with waterproof and dustproof design and protection grade of IP54. This product integrates the charger, charging interface, human. computer interaction interface, communication, billing and other parts into a whole. It adopts modular design and has the characteristics of convenient installation and commissioning and simple operation and maintenance. It is an ideal choice for outdoor DC fast charging of electric vehicles.

Main performance
* The charging equipment adopts multiple high-frequency switching power supply modules for parallel redundant backup operation to form a high-power charging system. The uneven current between modules is ≤ 5%, which has the characteristics of high reliability and easy maintenance.
* The efficiency of the whole vehicle charging system is more than 93%.
* Segmented constant power design and wide range setting of output voltage and current can greatly improve the charging speed.
* The power module is equipped with a standard isolated CAN communication port to communicate with the monitor. The charging system is equipped with an independent monitor to exchange information with a human-computer interaction interface and an upper computer to monitor the operation of the system.
* The human-computer interface adopts a high-performance ARM chip and 7-inch true color touch screen, humanized design, simple and convenient operation.
* The human-computer interaction interface is connected with the battery management unit (BMS) or on-board instrument through CAN bus. it operates according to the given parameters of battery patrol inspection (BMS), and sets different charging operation modes to realize rapid charging.
* It has perfect protect functions, such as AC over-voltage / under-voltage protection, DC output over-voltage / under-voltage protection output current limiting/over-current protection, over-temperature protection, etc.
