HCF6 series Automatic Charger could control the charge and discharge processes through the application of single chip microcomputer. This charging unit could monitor and display in real time the whole process of charge and discharge through the use of industrial color touch screen, integrating operation modes of charge, discharge and its circulation. Normal operating conditions
(1) Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
(2) The ambient medium temperature is not higher than+45 ℃ and not lower than - 10 ℃;
(3) The relative humidity of air is not more than 95% (when the medium temperature is 20 ± 5 ℃);
(4) No rain and snow, no conductive dust, no explosion hazard;
(5) Environment without gas and steam that can corrode metal and damage insulation;
(6) The charger must be placed in a well ventilated environment to avoid heat accumulation, which may lead to abnormal heat dissipation of the charger;
(7) At the place where the vertical plane inclines no more than 5 degrees and there is no severe vibration and impact.
Function
1. It uses an industrial-grade color touch screen to display the charging and discharging parameters and operating status in real time, and display fault information and charging and discharging curves and other information;
2. It has multiple working modes such as charging, discharging and special charging and discharging processes;
3. It uses high-power resistors for discharge, which does not pollute the power grid and has high safety performance.
4. It has the function of automatic voltage shifting. The charger and discharger integrates three-speed charging power modules of low, medium and high. According to the voltage of the connected battery, the charger and discharger automatically identifies and switches the power module gear and the corresponding gear of the high-power resistor to realize the automatic shifting function without human operation.
It has the function of manual gear selection. After this function is turned on, the automatic gear selection shifting function fails. After the equipment is powered on, the manual gear selection function is closed by default.
5. For the charging and discharging process and parameters of various batteries, users can set them in advance, or set or modify all parameters online during the charging and discharging process; the charger and discharger will automatically complete the entire charging and discharging according to the set or modified parameters.
6. The system can memorize the parameters set by the user for a long time and will not lose them even if the power is off. After the charging and discharging parameters are set for the first time, the charging and discharging formula can be saved and exported. If you charge and discharge the same battery in the future, you only need to import the corresponding charging and discharging formula each time without resetting it;
7. There is no phase sequence requirement for the power grid, and the three-phase inputs of A, B, and C can be connected arbitrarily;
8. It has delayed start, soft start, and soft shutdown protection functions;
9. It has fault protection and alarm functions such as open circuit, reverse connection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and power supply phase loss;
10. The voltage method, time method, and capacity method are used to comprehensively judge the completion of charging and discharging work;
11. It has a pause function. The charging and discharging process can be paused. After restarting, the charging and discharging process will continue in the state before the continuous pause to ensure the continuous operation of the charging and discharging process;
